To configure your email account in Outlook 2013, follow these steps in the Add New Account dialog box:

  1. Click the Manual setup or additional server types check box, and then click Next.
  2. Click IMAP, and then click Next.
  3. Under User Information , configure the following settings:
    • In the Your Name box, type your full name.
    • In the Email Address box, type your full email address.
  4. Under Server Information configure the following settings:
    • In the Incoming mail server box, type lariat.websitewelcome.com in lowercase letters.
    • In the Outgoing mail server (SMTP) box, type lariat.websitewelcome.com in lowercase letters.
  5. Under Logon Information, configure the following settings:
    • In the User Name box, type your full email address.
    • In the Password box, type the password that you selected or we provided.
    • If you want Outlook to remember your email account password, click to select the Remember password check box.
  6. Click More Settings
  7. Under the tab marked Outgoing Server, tick My Outgoing Server Requires Authentication and Use same settings as my incoming server
  8. Under the tab marked Advanced  change Use the following type of encrypted connection to SSL and change Incoming Server Port to 993 and Outgoing Server Port to 465 then click OK
  9. Click Test Account Settings then NEXT. When you click Test Account Settings, the following process occurs:
    • The connectivity of the system to the Internet is confirmed.
    • You are logged on to the SMTP server.
    • You are logged on to the IMAP server.
    • A test message is sent. This message explains any changes that Outlook made to the initial setup.
  10. Click Next, and then click Finish.
To configure your email account in Outlook 2013, follow these steps in the Add New Account dialog box:
