Project Description
Our Brief: Unhappy with their existing provider for hosting and email, DiveMedia were asked to migrate all current services from the existing hosting service and provide a simple holding page as no website was required, together with email facilities for up to 10 people.
What We Did: Working with the existing host on behalf of the client, the DiveMedia team migrated the domain name over to the DiveMedia servers, configured all the required email accounts and provided full instructions for configuring mail clients (MAC, Windows and Mobile Devices).
Once the full transfer was completed we provided a simple holding page until the client is ready to develop a website.
The Future: In addition to ongoing server monitoring and account modifications, the DiveMedia team are on hand to offer help, support and advice on all aspects of online services.
